Please read the following statement: The Citizen Action System is for NON EMERGENCY inquiries and requests. Emergency requests include Fire, Ambulance, Police. If this is an Emergency, please call 911 immediately. Other emergency requests also include Utilities issues such as water line breaks, sewer line breaks and stormwater issues. These concerns should be called into the Utilities Department, 742-6430. The City of Boynton Beach assumes no liability whatsoever associated with the use or misuse of the Citizen Action System.
